Introducing a limited-edition timepiece inspired by a springtime cherry blossom cocktail. Created in collaboration with Hisashi Kishi, owner of STAR BAR and the first bartender to receive Japan’s prestigious “Contemporary Master Craftsman” award, this model draws inspiration from “Sakura Aviation,” his original cocktail.

A new addition joins the STAR BAR limited-edition lineup, born of a collaboration with world-renowned bartender Hisashi Kishi. This model takes inspiration from “Sakura Aviation,” an original cocktail created by Kishi.
The watch features a mother-of-pearl dial with a soft, refined pink vertical gradient reminiscent of cherry blossoms. The lustrous surface of the white mother-of-pearl changes its expression depending on the viewing angle, evoking the shimmering transparency of a cocktail gently swirling in a glass.
Pink-gold-colored accents add warmth to the hands, indexes, and crown, and are subtly reflected in the bracelet.
