Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet all of the conditions below:

  • All merchandise must be new, unworn, and unaltered
  • Items must not be worn, scratched, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way
  • Original manufacturer packaging must be intact, including all manuals, booklets, and warranty cards
  • The “Not Returnable If Removed” tag must remain attached
  • Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Items returned after 14 days from the purchase date
  • Special orders and custom-made jewelry
  • Engraved, resized, or otherwise customized items
  • Promotional and sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly. Our team will provide you with a return authorization, shipping label, and detailed instructions.

Please allow several business days for your return to be received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
