Processing Time
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. In many cases, orders for in-stock merchandise ship the same business day the order is placed.
Custom-made or customized jewelry requires additional production time and may take 15–20 business days to process before shipment.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship all orders via UPS Insured Shipping with Signature Required to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase.
Domestic Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE Domestic Ground Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Customers may choose to upgrade their shipping method at checkout for an additional charge, including:
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
International Shipping
At this time, international orders require special handling. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, please contact us directly prior to placing your order. Customs laws, duties, taxes, and regulations vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. A signature will be required upon delivery for security purposes.
